Take it to your dealer and see if you could go with them when they trouble shoot it. Those can bend pretty easily and is an easy fix just bend it back lol.

The noise appears to be coming from inside the tires. Jack it up and pushpull on the tire to see if theres any playthere wont always be play with a bad bearing depends on how bad. 1207 lower ball joint replacement- recall by Toyota.
