The cast iron cylinder block is from the 3VZ-FE but it has a bigger bore size for increasing displacement from 30 liters up to 34 liters. Each coil is designed for specialized performance application low-emissions high energy output. After some research I think the firing order is 1-3-4-2 and have read that it relates to firing order not cylinder location.

Cylinder firing order is 1342. The 5vzfe engine is in the following model years. I found the answer in a Haynes manual.
