My clock lights and radio lights on my 2010 tundra go out when I turn the headlights onit is not because the dimmer - Answered by a verified Toyota Mechanic after looking at the wiring diagram I dont see a similar path that would affect just the radio and the clock. The only difference is the check engine light is no longer on.

I checked the fuse and its still good the dimmer switch isnt an issue either. What could it be. They are roughly ordered by importance which tends to be by color red amber yellow orange green blue gray but there are over 90.
